Customer Demand Forecasting & Operational Optimisation (data collection)
I am working directly with a fast food business to collect and process real transactional data (GDPR compliant) to model customer demand patterns, predict peak periods, and improve operational efficiency through data-driven decision-making.
This analysis applies principles of microeconomics and productivity analysis, focusing on how demand fluctuates over time and how resources (labour and inventory) can be allocated more efficiently.
